Our Story
We are a husband and wife team. We wanted to have a better retirement plan so we began to invest in real estate. What we love about residential real estate, is that we have discovered that we can also help others in the process! We are fair and believe in Win-Win deals, and if we may decide to advise you NOT to sell to us if we feel you shouldn’t. We have good relationships with other investors, so even if we decide not to purchase your house ourselves, we can still help you sell it to another investor.
